We will be making dipped chocolate items: cookies, marshmallows on sticks, a rice crispy treat, and a few molded chocolates. During this program licensed chocolatier Kim Larkin will explain how chocolate is made and where it comes from.
There will be a demonstration and use of Kim’s commercial tempering machine and a toppings bar. Gift bags for chocolaty presents will be provided!
