Loading Events

Interested in starting a meditation practice? Have a practice and would like to be more consistent with it? Curious about meditating with a group?

Join us each morning for a week – or come on the mornings when you are able to join.
Each session will include a period of guided meditation, a period of silent meditation, and some time for discussion.

We will begin promptly at 9 am so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
