Clermont State Historic Site in Germantown, New York was the home of seven generations of the Livingston Family.
The family played several important roles during the American Revolution and the founding of our nation. Now the house is a state historic site interpreted to the colonial revival style the last full time residents of the house used during the 1930’s. The talk will discuss the history of the house and the family that lived there as well as highlight some of the most fascinating pieces of our collection.
