The Scoville Memorial Library is partnering with Le Petit Ranch (501(c)(3) Animal-Assisted Activities in Sheffield) and illustrator & author Logan S. Kline for a unique animal-assisted educational experience exploring life in prehistoric times.

During this interactive workshop:
- Logan will share his children’s book Finding Fire
- Marjorie from Le Petit Ranch will be joined by Yayi and Ronya, her gentle Spanish greyhounds, supporting learning in a calm and engaging way and exploring the connection between wolves and dogs, comparing their behaviors and characteristics
- Families will take part in hands-on crafts and activities inspired by prehistoric life and early animal companionship

To make the experience even more special, Logan will also be available to sign and sell copies of his book for families who would like one.

This session blends storytelling, art, history, and animal-assisted learning to spark curiosity and imagination in a warm, welcoming environment.

Length: 1.5 hours
