The Scoville Memorial Library is pleased to present a film series of newly released movies on our spectacular high definition screen. Remember when going to the movies was an event?  We will try to recreate a bit of that charm with Fourth Friday Films @ the Library. All films will begin promptly at 1pm. Refreshments will be served.

La La Land: Aspiring actress, Mia, serves lattes to movie stars in-between auditions. Sebastian, a jazz musician, scrapes by, playing cocktail party gigs in dingy bars. As success mounts they are faced with decisions that begin to fray the fabric of their love affair. With modern day Los Angeles as the backdrop, this musical about everyday life explores what is more important: a once-in-a-lifetime love affair or the spotlight. Rated PG-13
