A new film series presenting justreleased movies on our spectacular high definition screen. Remember when going to the movies was an event? We will recreate a bit of that charm with the Fourth Friday Films @ the Library. “Street Cat Named Bob” is a “savvy exercise in inspirational feel-good cinema lightly seasoned with grit.” Adapted from James Bowen’s autobiography, the movie, directed by Roger Spottiswoode, is adapted from Bowen’s life story. It tells how an orange cat enters his world as a struggling, heroin addicted homeless London busker. This family friendly entertainment is an uplifting tale of friendship and redemption. Refreshments will be served
