Presented in collaboration with the Salisbury Association Land Trust

Seeing or hearing signs of spring near you? Hopefully so! Join Bethany Sheffer for a one-hour video exploration of the various plants and animals that inform us of the season we all dream about on a blustery winter day in NW Connecticut. Much of what you see and hear will likely sound familiar, but you may just learn something new!
Bethany Sheffer is new to the wonderful staff at Sharon Audubon as its Volunteer Coordinator & Naturalist, bringing people’s talents and experiences together for the protection of birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow. She’s also new to New England, having previously worked in Michigan and western North Carolina as an Environmental Educator/Naturalist and hailing from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She holds an MPA specializing in Nonprofit Leadership and is a Certified Environmental Educator through the state of North Carolina, in addition to being an NC certified Beekeeper. Her favorite birds are Common Loons and her adopted Senegal Parrot, Kiwi.
