Meet at Bartholomew’s Cobble in Ashley Falls and spend a few hours walking the gentle trails that grace this unique property. We will discuss wildlife and bird photography, what settings are best for you to use, compose landscapes across the fields and along the banks of the Housatonic.

If you’ve got them bring your tripod and long lenses and we will seek to capture action images of the many raptors that reside at the Cobble. Use of a handheld meter will be explained as will the use of filters to extend your dynamic range, intensify the colors of your composition and learn how to control the bright sunlight of this summer day.
