Mondays (October 7, 14, 21 and 28)

An ongoing exploration of the benefits and challenges of aging, using readings, guided reflections, and group discussions.

During the first sessions various transitions will be considered – transitioning from work to retirement, transitioning to an empty nest, transitioning from health to illness, transitioning from coupled to single or vice versa, etc. Regardless of where we are on life’s journey, change is a certainty and how skillfully we manage it impacts our well-being. We begin The Third Act by looking at and reflecting on transitions in our lives.
