Presented by the Norfolk and Scoville Memorial Library
 Maggie Downie,  founder of Personal Euphoria: Pilates & Fitness and author of Keep Moving: Take Steps to Relieve Pain & Improve Your Life, will kick off our Community Connections Hour with a presentation on the Basics of Breathing. Attendees will then have a chance to share their favorite wellness tips.
Grab a cup of coffee, (tea optional)  and join us on the first and third Wednesdays of the month in January, February, and March to chat and connect with each other.

 

Each hour includes a 15-20 minute presentation on a self-care topic, such as stress reduction, preventing falls, and ways to stay active in winter facilitated by Dr  Kelly Kandra Hughes with guest presenters.  The remaining time will be for discussion and offering moral support among participants.
