 e stress, regulate emotions, and cultivate greater calm in daily life.Each
  weekly session includes guided meditation, practical tools for coping wit
 h stress and anxiety, and time for reflection and discussion. All experien
 ce levels are welcome.Take four weeks to build skills that support resilie
 nce, clarity, and mental well-being.Registration is full for this small-gr
 oup series. Registration includes all six 75-minute sessions: Thursdays, 
 10:00 - 11:15 AM, April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and May 7.Kathy Voldstad is cert
 ified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the Univ
 ersity of Massachusetts Medical School. She has completed the Foundations 
 course at the Zen Center for Contemplative Care, holds graduate degrees in
  clinical psychology, and has completed multiple yoga teacher training cou
 rses. With experience incorporating mindfulness practices in her work as 
 a psychotherapist in a university counseling center and as a meditation te
 acher in a major New York cancer center, Kathy brings a grounded, evidence
 -based approach to contemplative practice.
