Reduce Stress. Strengthen Emotional Well-Being.

Join Kathy Voldstad for a four-week introduction to mindfulness designed to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and cultivate greater calm in daily life.

Each weekly session includes guided meditation, practical tools for coping with stress and anxiety, and time for reflection and discussion. All experience levels are welcome.

Take four weeks to build skills that support resilience, clarity, and mental well-being.

Registration is required for this small-group series. Registration includes all four 75-minute sessions: Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:15 AM, April 2, 9, 16, and 23.

Kathy Voldstad is certified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She has completed the Foundations course at the Zen Center for Contemplative Care, holds graduate degrees in clinical psychology, and has completed multiple yoga teacher training courses. With experience incorporating mindfulness practices in her work as a psychotherapist in a university counseling center and as a meditation teacher in a major New York cancer center, Kathy brings a grounded, evidence-based approach to contemplative practice.
